Garden birds in a morning blizzard after a freezing night where the air temperature stayed at -3.9°C.
Whilst scientists say that birds don’t have personalities or emotions, all these birds in my garden can see me looking at them with my camera and they recognise that there will be food on the bird-table and the ice broken on the bird-bath after I have ventured out in to the frosty garden; the interpretation of the picture is up to you: anthropomorphism is out of fashion.
